Sample production and confirmation: We will make samples according to the requirements of customers. Some products may require molds, and the mold costs need to be borne by customers. But please rest assured that if the number of orders reaches a certain number, we will return the corresponding mold costs. After both parties have determined the drawings, we will sign a contract and collect a deposit. The production time will be calculated from the completion of the custom mold.

Contract signing and deposit delivery: After both parties agree on the drawings, we will sign a formal contract and collect a deposit. This step ensures the smooth progress of our cooperation.

Production time and delivery period: We promise that the product delivery time will not exceed 45 days. We will strictly produce according to the time agreed in the contract to ensure that the products are delivered on time.
